Amanda Hunt, Physical Therapist Assistant

Amanda Hunt, PTA brings a unique blend of experience, intuition, and compassion to her role at MDM Physical Therapy. An Arizona native, Amanda began her journey in healthcare through the EVIT massage therapy program in high school and went on to build a successful 15-year career as a licensed massage therapist. Amanda later pursued further education at Pima Medical Institute, graduating in 2023 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her background in both massage and physical therapy gives her a well-rounded approach to patient care. Known for being a great listener and highly intuitive, Amanda has a gift for helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. She thrives on the variety of outpatient care - no two days are ever the same, and she enjoys working with different patient populations. Outside of work, Amanda loves camping, exploring the mountains, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs and cat.
