“My left shoulder was strained while lifting a large cabinet. Over time a pain developed in my shoulder which slowly spread to my arm and hand. After a year, the pain developed enough to cause constant discomfort. Your staff was able to show me movements to relax the shoulder. I can’t say enough about your entire staff. “I specifically came to MDM because of their unique treatments that address skeletal alignment. My issue was called piriformis syndrome and it hurt to stand, walk, and sit. "Beth and the team at MDM are truly unmatched! Starting with a detailed intake process, they took the time to assess and fully understand my medical history and issues prior to designing a personalized treatment plan that suited my needs within the parameters of my insurance plan. "I have been unable to use my right arm due to a torn Rotator Cuff for 5 years. I have tried PT, acupuncture, chiropractic, Diclofinac and Hydrocodene. Absolutely nothing helped. I was told that I needed to stay on drugs. I have Stage 4 COPD so surgery is out of the question. I have seen a definite improvement in the few weeks I have been coming to MDM. I can’t begin to say how happy this makes me. I absolutely love this practice and all of your staff is friendly, They listen and seem to care about how I am doing. I haven’t worked with the entire staff yet, but the ones I have worked with are awesome. I’m so happy to be. Patient at MDM!!!"

"Very nice, clean and welcoming facility. The staff is very friendly and organized. I’ve visited a number of PT places over the years and I rate MDM at the top. PT takes up a big chunk of time, so it’s nice that they make enjoyable while you’re there. I especially like their no pain approach and make it effective. I’d single out some staff members but I find they were all great! I highly recommend."

The staff is friendly, helpful and they educate you about the how and why you are doing the exercises or treatments that will improve your condition. Mark Mooney has been someone that has made his center one of the front runners in the industry by keeping up with new techniques and equipment such as lazer treatment and core straightening. I am a Polio survivor and without Mark and MDM I wouldn't be walking and maintaining the lifestyle I have. I owe them a large debt of gratitude and thanks for being there for over the years."

"I have gotten control of my life again or should I say my body! I am an active Mom & Grandmother but it was getting difficult for me to keep up with them and I was feeling the pain, especially the next day. They specialize in a variety of modalities from strengthening, range of motion, manipulation techniques to stretching to laser therapy to tens unit with vibration & heat! "My wife recommended that I visit MDM to see if they could help with the ringing in my ears and the stiffness with my neck. After the 1st visit with Beth where she was working on alignment of my spine and neck, I had more more mobility in my neck. Beth provided me with exercises to help achieve a goal of meeting normal levels of mobility with my neck and to maintain spine alignment. After several visits, I was able to maintain proper alignment and achieve normal mobility with my neck. The ringing in my ears is still there, but it is great to have the mobility back in my neck. "I have gone to MDM Physical Therapy three separate times since 2022. My first round of therapy was for back issues and then I chose to go to them after I had a knee replacement six months later for therapy required after that. This winter I was having problems With my back and the IT band in one of my legs and asked my doctor to refer me for some therapy. I was heading back to Montana and they only had 3 1/2 weeks to work with me but they not only got me back into total alignment , got my range of motion back and really relieved the sciatica and the problems with my back which had come from some pelvic issues and the IT band situation . I love all the therapists and the therapist assistants there! The girls who sit up front are awesome and always get me anything I need as far as copies of my visits or printouts of exercises and MDM was able to get me back right up into tiptop shape. They are such a professional group of therapists and such a great place to get your therapy, everyone is always cheerful and smiling and willing to help you with whatever you need. I would highly recommend this group of talented individuals."

"I cannot express enough of the care and expertise I received at this clinic. I have been to others and there is no comparison. I liked that they make you accountable for your health and when you work WITH them, it makes a difference. I had major upper neck and shoulder pain where I couldn’t even breathe. From my first call to book an appointment, Lindsey heard my concerns and immediately said “We have the perfect Physical Therapist for you!”. I was seen in less than a week. PT Beth is absolutely exceptional! She truly cares about each of her patients and addresses each concern thoroughly. Her PTAs, Ari & Brittany extend the same amount of care and attention to each visit. I had chronic pain that I’d endured for years and quickly realized I was in the right place! They took the time to educate me on home exercises, stretches and strength building. That, combined with the relief that each visit provided, resulted in results I felt day over day. Having frequent check ins to measure results was so motivating because not only did I feel better but had visibly to the actual data, showing that my condition had improved! From the folks at the front desk, to the techs coaching you through proper form during exercises, to the PT and PTAs created a space that I looked forward to going to each appointment. I was never rushed through and always felt genuinely cared for. Should any issues arise in the future, MDM will be my first call and I will happily refer friends and family! "After a terrible two months of physical therapy with a torn hamstring after knee replacement surgery and an MUA, I switched physical therapy places and started at MDM in February. Right away, I was greeted by the friendly receptionists, Mark and his son, and all the employees on the floor. Mark explained his company's techniques and instead of forcing my knee recovery, he and the physical therapists work gently and use disc alignment. I believe the laser therapy is also helping. Thanks to Mark, Ari, Brittany, Sal, Justin, and all the gang who have helped me on my way to hiking the Superstition Mountains again!"

I had a frozen shoulder and the had a laser machine that reduced the pain by 70 percent in minutes, I could raise my arm again. We were able to work it out in weeks instead of months. "MDM Physical Therapy, I would recommend to anyone who needs, Physical therapy to go there. The receptionists are great, they will accommodate you, with what days you would like. They are very professional, polite and exceptional aids, to work with. The Therapists listens to what your problem is and does therapy on that problem. They are very considerate, to you needs. "My MDM physical therapy experience has been awesome! Troy my physical therapist listens to me and builds my therapy based on needs that show up through monthly evaluations of my progress and adds exercises that support what I have told him I would like to accomplish. This is my third time needing physical therapy. After my hip surgery, I did the exercises at physical therapy but kind of blew off my home exercises. Now after two spinal surgeries I see the error in what I did. The staff does not chastise me for what I did in the past, they just encourage me in the present. I get out of it what I put into it. My other therapist who also work with me at times, Justin and Brittany, are also really awesome. Notes are taken at each session so my therapy runs seamlessly no matter who I see. I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and will soon be walking so much better! I can now walk straight up without waddling. I know soon I will be able to sip over things and keep my balance. That is what I requested and they are doing everything they can to help me get there."

"I broke my left humerus and went to a place close by for PT. After a few visits and frustratingly little progress I heard about MDM Physical Therapy. Every aspect of MDM is 5 Stars starting with the friendly, organized and helpful front desk. The PT staff is well trained, experienced and work as an integrated supportive team. The quality of staff, the team work and support they show for each other is first class! The facility is well equipped and laid out to meet each individual's needs. My first visit included an assessment of what I could, or couldn’t do, identified my strengths and weaknesses and developed a plan to get me back to an even better physical state than before my accident. It is exciting to see and feel my progress and I am motivated with difference my home workout provides. "Overall, my experience with MDM Physical Therapy was more than exceptional. The staff members were not only professional, but they were extremely personable and friendly. Every visit I was greeted by name, asking how I was and how the weekend was, etc. They were great! They made me feel so well taken care of and made me feel extremely comfortable from the get-go! They never once made me feel uncomfortable, and never tried pushing me past my limits, which ultimately gave me a speedy recovery to continue with my daily activities. Although I am finished with my physical therapy sessions, MDM Physical Therapy will be my go to place if/when I need future treatments. Thank you everyone!!"

She’s the only one that didn’t focus on my scoliosis but instead worked on the misalignment of my hips and neck which has helped immensely! "This was the BEST experience! Went in today for foot pain and Mark basically took one look at me and said, "it's coming from your low back, not necessarily your foot." He proved it by measuring my leg length and one leg was A FULL INCH longer than the other. By the time I walked out, they were equal lengths again thanks to some stretches and lumbar traction. "I am so lucky to have met Beth at MDM physical therapy. I had a traumatic neck injury that caused my neck to be locked up for months, I also had a lot of neurological symptoms like dizziness and visual disturbances. After not getting better at a different place I met Beth and within the first visit she was able to unlock my neck! "I came to MDM therapy after HIFU prostate cancer therapy. I was one of the lucky 1 or 2 percent that picked up every bad side effect from the procedure. I am specifically being treated for the incontinence that is so embarrassing, particularly when standing up to cheer for the Arizona Coyotes. The first day there, I was peeing almost pure blood.. by the second week of therapy no more blood and was down to 3 diapers a day, down from 10. Still have some problems but the physical therapy along with getting back to a running program are incredibly giving me hope that I can return to some normalcy in the near future. Thank you to everyone there and I highly recommend MDM physical therapy... pardon the sensitive talk.. doesn’t embarrass me!"

"Hi Guys, Just wanted to let you know that since leaving AZ for home in Minnesota I have continued the exercises provided by Mark as well as some I was doing prior to meeting the staff at MDM early February of this year. I was referred to MDM with the intention of being treated for issues with lower back pain. Mark did an initial assessment and informed me that the back was not the primary problem, but that my pelvis was out of alignment and began treating me for that. He started me on a very rigorous program and I began to improve slowly but surely. I am now feeling better than I have felt in many years. I want to mention that I am 70 years old and played hockey last night and again this morning and feel great right now. Thanks again to Mark, Quinn and the others who have helped me out. "First visit I couldn't walk without pain from a pedestrian/ vehicle accident. After consulting with Pain institute & going over knee & hip Xrays & CT scan they determined my pelvic was tilted & referred me to see Dr.Mark @ MDM Physical Therapy. Arriving @ 5:45 PM I was taken back for consultation with Mark , seeing the tremendous pain I was in he decided to start first treatment immediately. After over 2hrs of treatment I was painfree & scheduled follow up visit . Dr. Mark , Susan (his wife) & the entire staff are FANTASTIC . I am now on a as needed basis for treatment , as recurring pain comes back if I do to much activity around home or in the yard or schuffleboard activities. "I cannot say enough about Mark and Susan Mooney and their staff. Prior to visiting them, I had a difficult time walking more than three miles due to an ankle injury and subsequent surgery. To date, I have had 13 visits with MDM Physical Therapy and I am up to seven miles three to four times a week. Even doing some good trail hikes like Wind Cave in Usery Mountain Regional Park!...900 foot elevation gain....with (almost) no pain. Getting better every day. I chose MDM PT due to the positive reviews. From my first visit last month, I knew I had not made a mistake. Susan did my initial evaluation before Mark got started on some PT. Both of them are very good at what they do and made me feel very much at ease. They have a staff of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and of course Erica and Courtney at the front desk, both of who also get involved in some of the treatment. I was treated by six different PT/PTAs over the last month and the continuity of care was pretty impressive. Each visit was a perfect continuation of the previous one, regardless of who was working with me that day. I highly recommend MDM if you want excellent Physical Therapy treatment and also want to actually look forward to that treatment. If I need PT again, this is where I will go! Thanks MDM!"
