Susan Mooney, Director of MDM HealthCoach / Owner

Susan Mooney is the co-owner of MDM Physical Therapy and the Director of MDM Health Coach. 15 years ago she teamed up with her husband, Mark, to build a physical therapy practice with a strong vision of patient-centered care. Now with a whole team of therapists, MDM has a clear goal of helping as many people as possible to find answers and ultimately heal.

Prior to her work with MDM, Susan served as the Director of Training for Crestcom International, a leadership franchise with clients in over 35 countries. In 2019, Susan shifted her focus to add health coaching to our clinic offerings. As a Certified Health Coach, she works with clients, both local and across the country, to reach their optimal health. After avoiding diabetes, losing close to 70 pounds, and improving her overall quality of life, she uses her knowledge and experience to help others overcome their obstacles and do the same.
